Back Office Manager
VIVETIC GROUP, a historic player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for a Back Office Manager.
Main duties:
- Supervise and manage team work according to objectives
assigned. - Ensure team performance.
- Supporting the evolution of the plateau.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications required:
- At least one year's experience as a manager or supervisor,
Team Leader, Coach. - Dynamic, creative and highly competent
management. - Intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in culture
France. - Good oral and written French and English.
- Sense of responsibility, analysis and service.
Position to be filled in Antananarivo (Madagascar).
