BILINGUAL CUSTOMER ADVISORS (ANG-FRA) M/F
We are looking for Bilingual English-French Customer Advisors for our Antananarivo site.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Receive and manage incoming and outgoing calls;
- Handle customer requests sent by e-mail;
- Track orders in progress.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Bac level and above ;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French;
- Good interpersonal skills, cultured, fastidious and responsive;
- Available on a full-time basis with staggered working hours (including weekends and public holidays);
- First experience in a call center would be an asset.
