BILINGUAL MANAGER
As part of our ongoing development, Vivetic Group, a historic player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for a bilingual Manager - Position based in Antananarivo.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Guarantee team results, support employees in achieving their objectives;
- Develop team skills and performance
- Managing and guiding employees towards results;
- Manage business indicators and optimize processing flows;
- Prepare systematic reports (daily, weekly, monthly);
- Analyze performance gaps for continuous team improvement;
- Define, implement and monitor action plans for continuous quality improvement at both collective and individual levels;
- Highlight the team's results, behaviors and capabilities;
- Conduct appraisal and performance reviews;
- Maintain an environment that fosters team spirit, integrity and loyalty, while respecting company rules and values.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Bac + 3 minimum with leadership and management skills ;
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a call center/BPO environment;
- Ability to lead and federate a team;
- Ability to produce reports and manage statistics;
- Ability to work under pressure ;
- Very good command of spoken and written French and English;
- Computer skills ;
- Rigorous and methodical;
- Availability according to flexible working hours (day, night, weekends, public holidays).
