As part of our ongoing development, Vivetic Group, a historic player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for its DTP Manager.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Analyze individual and collective performance based on business indicators (SLA and KPI monitoring)
- Identify the cause of performance or non-performance
- Communicate on results and their evolution, actions taken and to come, and raise blocking points
- Manage, lead and organize team activities to achieve objectives
- Creating meaning and communicating transparently about activities, highlighting key issues/blockages and appropriate solutions
- Developing the skills and performance of each agent
- Guiding and guiding team behavior
YOUR PROFILE
- Perfect command of the DTP world and comfortable with numbers
- Ability to lead, results-oriented and management-oriented to achieve day-to-day results (team leadership, organization)
- Strong knowledge of management and office automation tools
- Available, responsible, a leader, a driving force and a role model
