With this in mind, we are looking to recruit a Production and Scanning Site Manager knowing how to guarantee production in line with productivity, deadline and quality objectives.
Your tasks :
You organize and supervise the work of operators to ensure that production meets productivity, deadline and quality targets.
Production management :
- Ensure production service quality, guarantee customer satisfaction;
- Monitor and analyze production performance indicators, reporting to line management;
- Manage and optimize all the resources needed to run the site smoothly (human, material, technical, safety);
Team management :
- Manage, supervise and develop employees' skills, to guarantee results and meet customer expectations in terms of productivity and quality;
- Plan and coordinate team activities according to production needs;
Site management :
- Manage relations with site service providers and supervise their work;
- Ensure administrative follow-up of the site (payroll, correspondence, supply orders, etc.);
- Coordinate various issues with other company departments;
Your profile :
- Higher education with at least 3 years' successful experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in computer tools and office software, particularly Excel;
- Adaptability and autonomy in work management;
- Managerial skills;
- Organizational skills;
Good to know:
- Position based in the Paris region (93);
- Full-time permanent contract available immediately;
- Fixed salary + Variable on targets / Mutual insurance / Luncheon vouchers;
