Our site in France is mainly dedicated to digitization activities and banking processing and has :
- 500 m2 securedwith highly secure access and infrastructure features;
- Specialized equipment for opening mail, scanning and processing bank remittances.
Equipped with powerful scanners for digitizing envelopes, our digitization center in the Paris region (Aubervilliers) is the entry point for our customers' paper and electronic flows, enabling them to be dematerialized using Electronic Document Management (EDM).
Under the supervision of a Site Manager, the team of operators is responsible for :
- Receiving mail, sorting, counting and opening envelopes, preparing and scanning envelopes
- Production controls and anomaly management
- Processing and dispatch of circulars (return slips) or outgoing mail
- Physical management of means of payment and their delivery to the bank
- TLMC (Télétransmission de Lignes Magnétiques Chèques) bank file management
- Physical archiving of documents or their return to our customers
