FRENCH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER ADVISOR M/F
As part of our ongoing development, Vivetic Group, a historic player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for French-speaking Customer Advisors. Position based in Antananarivo
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Receive and manage incoming and outgoing calls;
- Handle customer requests sent by e-mail;
- Track orders in progress.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Bac level and above ;
- Perfect command of spoken and written French;
- Good interpersonal skills, cultured, fastidious and responsive;
- Available on a full-time basis with staggered working hours (including weekends and public holidays);
- First experience in a call center would be an asset.
