VIVETIC is expanding to support you in your customer relations projects and unveils a preview of its new construction of a new contact center in Antananarivo (Madagascar) in the very heart of the "Galaxy" zone, a site that has become historic for the Group.
With 17 years of expertise, VIVETIC is constantly evolving its service offering to meet the specific needs of each of its customers and the market. The contact center activity began in 2010 with the arrival of fiber optics in Madagascar. In 3 years, VIVETIC has grown from 0 to 250 advisors, consolidating its position as an innovative player in the Indian Ocean.
At the same time, the Group is developing its continuous improvement policy, working towards NF345 - Centre de la Relation Client standard in early 2014. The certification certifies customer service performance. VIVETIC will be the first outsourcer to obtain the standard in Madagascar.
The facility can accommodate up to 800 advisors to bring together all customer relations services (calls, emails, chat, click to call). On completion, VIVETIC will have over 4,400m² of premises for its 1,000 employees.
