a new census register and replace the Fokontany booklets with a modern, standardized booklet.
The standardization of census registers is in line with the objective of the Presidency of the Republic of Madagascar to improve access to public services, through the reform of the identity management system, and the simplification and digitization of key public services for the population and businesses. Indeed, such a database will serve to facilitate the organization of future social aid distributions: clearly identifying needy families, and then facilitating the distribution of food and money to vulnerable households.
As part of the program, the Unité de Transformation Digitale des Services Publics (EGM) (within the Presidency of the Republic of Madagascar) has set up an interface for entering population identification data based on these paper registers.
The program began in April, with the collaboration of several BPO players, including Vivetic Group, who have mobilized to enter data from paper registers into this interface.
Following a call for tenders, Vivetic Group was chosen to ensure the continuity of register entry for the 192 Fokontany in the Antananarivo Renivohitra agglomeration (CUA).
With a dedicated team of operators specialized in data entry, Vivetic provides all its know-how and expertise in the process of data entry.
