DEPARTMENT MANAGER - GRC ACTIVITIES (M/F)
Our Group, specialized in customer relations in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for a Department Manager for its Call Center activities.
Reporting to the Operations Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the loyalty and satisfaction of the customers in your area, as well as the profitability of your activities. In this capacity, you manage production and ensure smooth and efficient organization within your teams.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Manage the production of Call Center services
- Manage performance, quality and profitability indicators
- Develop sales on customer accounts
- Support the launch of new customer operations and coordinate project management
- Manage, lead and develop the skills of production teams
YOUR PROFILE :
- Real leadership in production management
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in team management, production coordination and customer relations management.
- Contact center experience preferred
- Your English is fully operational
- Good command of office automation tools (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
