Since 2019, under the impetus of the Ministry of Labor, all legal entities with more than 50 employees in France have been required to calculate and publish their professional equality index. They must achieve a minimum score of 75/100, with 100/100 being the maximum. Each legal entity has 3 years from the date of first publication of the index to move from an obligation of means to an obligation of results in terms of professional equality between women and men.
A strong commitment to an inclusive environment
With a 2021 index of 98/100Prodirect consolidates its good results of previous years. Prodirect's long-term commitment to an inclusive culture has always been underpinned by strong support from its social partners and its commitment to valuing diversity in all its forms.
Although the Group's activities are still largely feminized, Pro Direct reaffirms the importance of the principle of professional equality and its desire to develop this aspect with greater ambition in the area of parity.
For Prodirect, the Professional Equality Index is also a key indicator of its human resources management policy and its efforts to make professional equality part of a long-term approach.
